We provide our customers with a full roof construction service for modern engineered roof trusses and traditional timber roofs.

Our modern engineered roof trusses are custom designed by a member of staff from our local reputable roof truss manufacture specialist.

A team member will be allocated to work with us hand-in-hand to design, in detail, the roof trusses to meet our customer’s requirements – whether it be a pitched roof, flat roof, dual pitch, inverted roof, attic, mono pitch or similar. All will comply with building regulations and will be passed by a qualified engineer ensuring the safety of your roof structure.

Roof Construction Delivery and Installation Fife and Edinburgh

On completion of manufacture, the roof trusses will be delivered to the job location in Fife, Edinburgh, Perth, Aberdeen or surrounding area, where our friendly qualified team of tradesmen will be on site ready to fit your roof trusses.

When it comes to traditional timber roofs, we can replace a single rafter or construct a complete new handmade timber roof. Our friendly qualified tradesmen will cut each common rafter or jack rafter individually and construct your roof by hand to your requirement. They will comply with building regulations including fitting and bolts, metal plates, ties plus any other requirements.

Depending on the style of roof you desire be it pitched roof, flat roof, dual pitch, inverted roof, attic, mono pitch or similar, you may request a specific material such as pine, mahogany, oak or any other suitable timber. Our team can also prepare and complete your roof in tile, slate, felt, fibreglass or rubber membrane – whatever your request may be.

#1 Do We Supply Written Quotes?

Yes we can supply you with a a written quote which will have our T&Cs attached to the back for you to sign and then that means the contract has begun.

#2 Do We Guarantee Our Work?

Yes we guarantee our work for 10 years! (We don’t include storm damage in our guarantee)

Any claims made to guarantees given will require a hard copy to be shown before any works will be carried out. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep these guarantees safe. We are not responsible for any duplicate guarantees. Any duplicate guarantees that are needed will be charged at £20.

#3 How Long Will It Take To Be Completed?

There are various factors which will influence the completion date:

• The size of the new roof
• Choice of roofing material.
• Weather dependent

Smaller jobs may be completed in a week, others take much longer depending on the complexity of the job – we’ll do our best to give you an estimate before the job starts.
